Untitled Zombie Project
We are looking into the feasibility of a zombie film. At present we have a loose idea for a script, but nothing concrete. Makeup tests seemed the best place to start - if you can't make a zombie, you can't make a zombie film.
People we have spoken to seem keen so far, and we should be able to get quite a few people on board. Mike has offered his services again as a Matte Painter, so we can expect some post-apocalyptic shots of dear old Dunedin.
Makeup Tests
We've done two separate makeup tests to date, the first with ben using makeup we scrounged from people we knew can be found directly below or by clicking here.
The second test was done using stage makeup we purchased. It was defenitely a learning experience, behaving quite differently from the cosmetics we used the first time. Pictures of our second makeup test can also be found below or by clicking here.
First Test
Here we have some shots of Ben as he is turned into a brain feeding member of the Undead. Click for larger image.

Our second makeup test used stage makeup purchsed online. Mike and Daniel applied the cosmetics while Ben, Lauren and Louise acted as our somewhat willing test subjects. We were trying new things and as you can see some of our tests were better than others. To cap off the day we grabbed Velvet Burger with Lauren and Ben still in costume. Click for larger images.
