Born the illegitimate child of the late Duke Tumblehampton, Higgins was abandoned in the wilderness to be raised by a herd of Alpacas. Upon contact with humanity, Higgins returned to the world that had cast him out and became a silverware merchant in Southern Mesopotamia. This became a front however, as Higgins became a pirate radio broadcaster sailing the banks of the Tigris river. His shows inspired the likes of Castro, Guevara, Ho Chi Minh and Howard Stern. Becoming disillusioned with the revolutionary life, Higgins now seeks to destroy what he helped create by mass marketing Communist apparel to chain stores in the West. He lives in Greensboro with his cat, Whambutter.
