Eye of the Beholder is our 2007 entry to the 48Hours Film Competition. Given the genre of romance, the character of Jerry Reed (a hypochondriac), the prop of rope, and a 48 hour time limit, this is what we came up with.
Eye of the Beholder is a romance with a twist. Wall flower Ted falls head over heels for waitress Candice MacKenzie whom he meets while attending a business
lunch with his overbearing colleague Bob. Meanwhile duty manager Jerry Reed is preoccupied with his poor health. Is it love at first sight for Ted and Candice? Will they all live happily ever after? And are Jerry’s ears actually bleeding? Find out in Eye of the Beholder.
